By using this website or registering for the DAKM 2.0 educational masterclass, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
Educational service
DAKM 2.0 provides educational content on gold trading concepts and the DAKM methodology. We do not provide investment advice, tips, portfolio management or guaranteed returns. See our Disclosure Policy.
Registration and payments
- The registration fee is payable in advance to confirm your seat.
- Payments are processed via a third-party payment gateway. You agree to their applicable terms.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content shared during the masterclass — including the DAKM methodology, frameworks, slides, recordings and materials — is owned by DAKM 2.0. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute or commercially use the content without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not share your joining link or access credentials with others.
- Do not disrupt the session or other participants.
- We may remove access without refund for breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAKM 2.0 is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or website. Total liability is limited to the registration fee paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
